What can I pay at your billing center?

You can pay your phone and wireless bill in person, including Boost Mobile payments and account top-ups. If you're not sure whether we can take a specific payment, just call (803) 363-1353 and we'll let you know.

Do I need my account number to pay?

It helps to bring your account number or the phone number on the account so we can apply your payment to the right place quickly. Don't have it handy? Come in or call and we'll help you track it down.

My service got cut off — can you help?

Often, yes. Stop in or call and we'll help you make a payment and walk through what's needed to get your service restored. Reconnection timing is set by your carrier, but we'll do our part to get you sorted quickly.

Can you help me change or upgrade my plan?

Yes. As an authorized Boost Mobile dealer, we can talk through your plan, help you upgrade or change it, set up a new line, or get you into a new phone if it makes sense for you.

When is the billing center open?

We're open Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, at 3950 W Beltline Blvd, Columbia, SC 29204. Walk in any time during business hours.
