Why bring it to us

Honest computer repair, close to home

A lot of computer problems get oversold. Somewhere between "you need a whole new computer" and "just live with it" is the truth — and that's what we give you. Often a slow or struggling machine just needs the right fix or a smart upgrade, not a replacement.

Because we're a small local shop, we have a real reason to do right by you: we want you to come back and to tell your neighbors. That's why every repair is warranty-backed, and why we'd rather lose a sale than sell you something you don't need.

Computer repair FAQs

Your questions, answered

Why is my computer so slow?

Usually it's a mix of too many background programs, a nearly full or aging drive, low memory, leftover malware, or an operating system overdue for maintenance. We find the actual cause instead of guessing, then recommend the cleanup or upgrade that will genuinely speed it up.

My computer won't turn on — is it dead?

Not necessarily. "Won't power on" or "won't boot" can come from a failing power supply, a bad charger or battery, a loose part, a corrupted operating system, or a failing drive. Bring it in and we'll diagnose where it's failing before quoting any repair.

Do you remove viruses and malware?

Yes. If you're seeing pop-ups, redirects, or unusual behavior, we clean up the infection and help secure your system so it's less likely to happen again.

Should I repair or replace my computer?

It depends on the machine and the problem, and we'll give you an honest answer. Many times a memory or solid-state drive upgrade makes an older computer feel brand new for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. When a repair truly isn't worth it, we'll say so.

Will I lose my files?

Protecting your data is always the goal. Tell us what's important before we begin, and if anything is at risk we'll talk through options first. If a drive is already failing, ask about our data recovery service.
